For London Borough of Ealing in respect of Southall Big Plan overarching regeneration strategy, Blackstock Partnership has carried out the following tasks:

  • Provided input into Southall Opportunity Area Planning Framework and associated technical studies including editorial sign off to final documents

  • Provided input into Southall OAPF Supplementary Planning Documents for Southall Gateway and Southall The Green

  • Acted as lead contact for developers in major sites in Southall including informal guidance on key development sites

  • Led land assembly discussions for the Council on key sites

  • Acted as main point of contact for stakeholder organisations and local politicians in discussions about Southall regeneration strategy

  • Prepared successful bids and secured funding contracts for the following funding streams; LEP Growing Places, GLA Housing Zone, securing in excess of £20m in funding for Southall

  • Managed delivery of programmes for Mayor’s Regeneration Funding, Growing Places and Housing Zones

  • Commissioned economic strategy for Southall and managed development of study

For London Borough of Camden in respect of the implications of High Speed Two and Crossrail Two, to consider a coherent regeneration and development approach to Euston station and surrounds, Blackstock Partnership has carried out the following tasks:

  • Acted as main point of contact for stakeholder organisations and local politicians in discussions about Euston regeneration strategy

  • Brokered agreement between key partners to commission a new masterplan for the area

  • Provided input into Euston Station Masterplan brief on behalf of client ensuring key regeneration objectives for London Borough of Camden were included

  • Advised LBC on HS2 procurement strategy for Master Development Partner
